For what I needed it for which was just 2 days for somewhere to sleep and decompress the facilities were ok. What made my time there exceptional was David at the front desk. From check in to a little WiFi hickup he was so helpful and professional and truly kind. I watched as he engaged others and how helpful and knowledgeable he was. David treated everyone with respect and the same care in an environment that you may not expect that type of customer service. So overall my time here was great.

The had roaches! I only seen 4, so I didn't ask for another room. As I was checking in, two other girls were asking for their money back; so, I'm assuming that was their reasoning as well. Other than that, the room was ok.
