Love the idea of this place and surroundings. However, this hotel needs some TLC. Room needs updating, old and not modern rooms. Music venue and restaurant seem great, but not active or open on a Monday nights. Staff was friendly and pointing me in the right direction for food etc. Renovations needed.

Room could have been cleaner and more accessible. It was a very long walk to our room with our luggage and no bell man or luggage cart . Breakfast in the restaurant was very good. Room size was good. Very large property so lots of walking…but we were just there for 1 night as we were cruising the next day.

The room was very clean and in a great spot near the pool on the garden level. It's my 2nd time staying there. Seeing the parrots was cool too. I'm looking forward to my next stay!
