Comfortable tropical feel

We had a wonderful week-long stay. Room was nice, large TV, and overall clean. The property is somewhat starting to show it's age in certain areas. We loved the pool and garden areas. We did notice our door had a large gap on the bottom which let in a cool breeze.

Great location, great rooms it was 4/5 almost perfect. We had an jr suite and it was big enough for family to visit for dinner and nice views. Our room was next to the staff area so it got loud at times early or late. Nice people just where we got located and the doors would slam. Would also be nice if they offered room service. You can only order food for pick up at the restaurant.

I have been staying there for about 30 years. Not very frequently, but still can see the difference in time. The rate for the rooms seams to be overrated. The kitchenette as well as the bathroom are obsolete. The closeby restaurant is rather overpriced IMO for the quality of the food. The staff is very nice and helpful. Housekeeping is high quality too.

The location has a beautiful view of Coronado but our room was on the bottom floor with a view of the parking lot where squawking seagulls were making a lot of noise and the woman at the front desk wasn’t very friendly or helpful

We enjoyed our stay at the Humphrey! From the warm welcome from the hotel staff to the spacious junior suite upgrade, we felt like total VIPs from start to end. The pool/hot tub area was our favorite part of the stay. This property is unique in its design, restaurant on site, live music lounge and beautiful landscaping all around. They even have 2 macaws that greeted us outside our patio doors. We feel we got a great deal by staying at the Humphrey Half Moon Inn!
