After a day of sitting on the beach, surfing, walking or riding bikes on the boardwalk take advantage of the large roof top patio that has a full 360 degree view of the Mission Beach & Bay areas and provides a relaxing setting for watching the evening fireworks at Sea World.

Inside the condo is a living room with French Doors that open onto a large ground level private patio with a barbecue and gas fire place to compliment the patio furniture and eating bar area. The second floor of this luxurious condo includes an expansive master suite with a TV and a private deck with ocean view and 1 queen bed. A second bedroom with a queen bed and third bedroom with two twin/full bunk beds. Along with a double sofa sleeper in the living area provide comfortable accommodations.

This unit has 3 full bathrooms and is fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen that features stainless steel appliances, cherry cabinets, granite counter tops and dining area that create an inviting cooking and entertaining ambiance. Added amenities include brushed nickel fixtures and Travertine floors throughout to compliment the contemporary features, a walk in closet in the master bedroom and plenty of closet space in the other two bedrooms, your own full sized front loading washer/dryer, wireless internet access.
