Great location ~ short on amenties listed

Location a 2 minute walk to the beach, says it all! Yet when you get back to your condo the following: 1) ignitor on BBQ is broken had to use a lighter 2) no hose, so you get sand all over the condo 3) no lighting on stairs to rooftop - very dangerous 4) no lighting to see what/how your barbecuing 5) unit is conneected to another condo, which happened to have had a bachelor party all guys up partying until 3am. Moving chairs on their rooftop which is right over the master bedroom. Extremely noisy! 6) no directions on how to use TV - its on Spectrum 7) Need a vacuum, a dirt devil (old )is in a closet doesn't clean up anything.
