We had a great stay here. Just have two complaints: one of the the two key fobs didn’t work; and the cheap plastic wastebasket in the bathroom smelled like urine.

Kasa little Italy, San Diego fantastic place

Kasa Little Italy, San Diego is fantastic. The one bedroom unit we had with balcony overlooking seaside was very comforting, welcoming, Spic and span, a delight to come home to. The kitchen is large and very well stocked with big coffee cups, big cereal, bowls, plates, cutting boards, knives, coffee, maker, microwave, a very large refrigerator and freezer,etc.. There is an enormous walk-in closet, plus lots of storage cabinets. The one bedroom is quite a nice size. The bathroom is very large and the shower as well. There is convenient parking downstairs in the garage at a price. The garage parking for guests is very confusing, it needs signs where the guests should park. Overall, we had a great stay. Can’t wait to come back.

I have nothing to fault at Kasa, I wish I could move here! I was in town for a conference for a week. The rest of my colleagues were at a conference hotel but I wanted something different. Staying here made me feel so at home and relaxed. The apartment was just perfect, really stylish and comfortable. I loved having a washer and dryer! In the building is a great amenities floor with outdoor pool, gym, sauna, ice bath, reformer pilates. I was really pleased to find time to make use of the sauna and ice bath in particular. I wouldn't hesitate to stay her again and recommended it to everyone I spoke to. If I could rate 6 stars I would.

I was very nervous about this being staffless, but this was amazing. Clear direction, easy parking, entry codes gave no problems, clean room and everything we needed in walking distance. Will definitely stay again

Perfect for a city break

We had a fantastic break here. It’s in a great location and the amenities are perfect. The pool is lovely. I’ll be looking at Kasa for my next trip instead of a regular hotel. Just make sure you go into the correct parking entrance, we and another guest went in the wrong one and were wondering why our code wasn’t working but that was on us.

Little Italy is so close with a lot of dining options. You can walk to downtown in about 15 min and is very safe. Seaworld is just a 10 min drive. Parking garage makes it easy and safe to park the car.
