Welcome to our beautiful cottage located in the heart of Pacific Beach. This home has great indoor and outdoor living spaces. Close to all iconic Pacific Beach locations including the ocean, boardwalk, Crystal Pier, Mission Bay, Sea World and Belmont Park. Centrally located with easy access to San Diego attractions including La Jolla Cove, San Diego Zoo, Coronado and Legoland.
The space
This beach cottage originally built in 1949, with original red wood paneling has two bedrooms and one bath. Remodeled and tastefully decorated with beach décor makes it perfect for couples, families or small groups. Bedroom #1 has a beautiful high ceiling with king sized bed and convertible couch. Fan available upon request for hotter days. Bedroom #2 has a queen sized bed and ceiling fan. High ceiling spacious living room has a comfortable couch and 59 inch TV equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime . Blow up mattress available upon request for living room. Air conditioning is available upon request.
Bright coral color kitchen is fully stocked with all necessities that you will need for your stay and preparing yummy meals. Kitchen has gas stove, fridge, microwave, toaster. pots and pans and full set of dishes, cups and glasses
The enclosed backyard with covered deck is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine while smelling blooming jasmine. Comfortable lounging area and dinning table available on the deck to enjoy meals. For beach days guests can use beach towels, sun umbrella, beach chairs, and beach toys.

Perfect Beach Escape

This cottage was perfect for us! The fenced yard and great patio made it possible for us to bring our dog. The house is in a quiet neighborhood close enough to the beach to feel the ocean breezes. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Snezana!

Cozy, Peaceful Getaway

This getaway was just what we needed. Only minutes from coffee shops, local shops, grocery stores and restaurants! With the beach so close, it made it easy for our family to enjoy all that the Pacific Beach area had to offer. Our hosts were communicative and available if needed. So if you need a quiet, comfortable getaway, this beautiful home is perfect for you.
