Fake booking

I booked this property for a short vacation stay. When i didn't here from the owner on check in procedure, i called. He told me the propert was no longer being booked and hadn't fir over a year. I called VRBO to get me money back. I told the agent I was now in San Diego whith nowhere to stay and suggested he should help me find a place, HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!
