Welcome to our Lux Coastal Getaway, your exclusive retreat in the serene hills above Mission Bay. This newly renovated home offers tranquility and proximity to San Diego's top attractions. Enjoy a resort-style double-headed shower, quartz countertops, high ceilings, and a coastal modern feel. The space is perfect for families and groups soaking up the sun and enjoying all that San Diego has to offer. With a private turf yard and a new kitchen, you're covered from outdoor games to cooking.

Living Room
Step inside and feel the magic. A large white couch anchors the room, complemented by a coastal wooden coffee table, some blankets to get cozy, and a 55" smart TV set up with guest mode so you can stream your own content. The couch comfortably seats 6 guests.

Dining Room
The dining area opens up the space, with high ceilings and many windows bringing in tons of natural light. The open concept encourages lively conversations with those in the living room and kitchen. The communal table comfortably seats 6 guests. A high chair ensures the little ones can join.

Kitchen
This sleek kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create culinary masterpieces. It features a gas range with 4 burners and a griddle, an oven that doubles as an air fryer, a large counter with bar seating for 3, a counter-depth refrigerator, and a fully stocked coffee and tea bar with a Keurig coffee maker, a tea kettle, and all the varieties of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and other drinks you could think of.


The Bedrooms:
Each bedroom at the Lux Coastal Getaway is uniquely designed with a Coastal Modern theme, featuring art, mirrors, plants, and benches for added impact. All rooms include memory foam mattresses, lamps with USB and USB-C chargers on every nightstand, and ceiling fans. The primary bedroom also has a dedicated workstation, a foldable crib, and a 5-piece primary bathroom with a double-headed resort shower, full bathtub, and double vanity. There is also a stacked washer and dryer here.

Backyard:
The Lux Coastal Getaway's outdoor areas create the experience of a private micro-resort. The expansive backyard includes a turf lawn, lawn games, two decks, and elevated outdoor seating for 8.

The home includes laundry facilities, Turkish beach towels, beach chairs, wifi, air conditioning, and assorted board games.

Guests have access to the entire property except for the 1-bedroom unit on the right side of the property when facing the home. There are long-term tenants on this side - please respect these tenants and their privacy.

One of the two walk-in closets - the one that is locked - holds our cleaning supplies, however, there is still an expansive walk-in closet for guests.
