Located in South Mission Beach, San Diego, enjoy this 2-bedroom 2-bathroom ground floor beach house! Primary bedroom has a Queen bed & full ensuite bathroom, guest room has two twin beds with an addition full bathroom across the hall. Down the hall is a cozy living room with a SmartTV and comfortable couch plus a full size sofa bed. Our large newly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked, enjoy home cooked meals at the spacious 6-person kitchen table. There is a large sunlit private patio as well with a BBQ and outdoor dining area :) Property is situated at the end of the peninsula, surrounded by water, just steps from the beach/boardwalk (only 4 houses in!) and just across the street from the pristine and peaceful bay. Belmont Park only a 10-min walk along the boardwalk where you'll find bars, restaurants, cafes, markets, rental shops & shopping! Sea World less than a 10-min drive, Airport & Downtown only a 10-15 minute drive! La Jolla only 20 minutes.

we had a slight misunderstanding about the number of bedrooms as listed on the ad, but overall the place was very clean, roomy and comfortable. We contacted Lisa, the rental manager with a few questions and she was SUPER quick to respond. The place is really 'just steps from the board walk and beach! We would stay there again!

Wonderful South Mission Beach House! Plenty of room and had everything we needed. Very short walk to the beach or Bay. We had a couple of issues that needed attention and Lisa was on it within minutes literally. Would love to come back and stay here again.

This rental was very nice and clean. Looks just like the photos. It was close to the beach and Belmont Park. The response time from the property manager was right away. I would for sure recommend this place to my family and friends.
