Needs functional air before booking again

The unit did not have ceiling fans or a working AC, they provided two poorly working tower fans. Morning and evenings were fine but midday was really uncomfortable in there, opening windows did not help cool the unit down. No clear indication of what trash cans outside the building belong to this building, owner claimed a dumpster across the street is what they use but it’s locked and looks more like it belongs to another vacation rental property. Also the whole unit as a whole needs to have a hose outside to wash sand off of feet. The location is literally between two beaches, owner requests not to use bathtub to rinse sand off but offers no other means to clean feet off of sand. Fine location and clean unit, the AC issue needs to be resolved but the rest are small things.

Awesome place!

Really enjoyed the property on our visit to mission beach. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and it was perfect for us! Location is AMAZING! Krystle is a fantastic host - from booking to check in. Thanks so much for a great stay!
