This fabulous rental offers 2 bathrooms with a bathtub, a cozy living room with 1 king bed, and essential amenities like A/C, and WiFi. The best part of the property is the cool modern decor. Mostly new! French doors with a phantom screen open to the balcony, creating a seamless transition to the feeling of outdoor living. Roll-down shades are on each window and the French doors. Close to Petco Park, restaurants, bars, shopping, public transportation (bus stops, trolley stops & Santa Fe Train Station), the airport, the waterfront, and more. It's a fun place to be! Includes a gym on the 1st floor and a common outside courtyard on the 2nd floor, including BBQs, lounge couches, and seating for dinner parties. There's also a small indoor party room adjacent to the courtyard. Guests can unwind in this enjoyable space after a day of exploring the city. Experience the magic of San Diego at our home.
