This bright and spacious 2 bedroom apartment is a short 2 block walk to the beach and close to everything in Ocean Beach! This apartment is approximately 700 square feet and is on the ground level. It has a fenced in back patio, and an outdoor dining table with umbrella on the west side of the apartment.

The open living room contains plenty of windows to take advantage of ocean breezes. The sofa sits across from a wall-mounted 55” flat-screen TV. The kitchen is part of the same open space, allowing easy flow between the areas.

The bathroom has been newly remodeled and has multiple towel racks.

The bedrooms feature a queen bed, TV, and mirrored closets.

The unit also contains a private washer/dryer, heating and air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.

Guests are given an electronic key code to access the apartment. One garage parking space is provided. Small to medium sized cars are best. Oversized vehicles may not fit. The garage size is 76" tall, 90" wide and 18.5 feet long.

Guests are required to verify their identity with our third-party provider before check-in. To provide our guests and properties with extra protection, guests agree to pay a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

The apartment is furnished with bath towels, beach towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry pods, an iron/ironing board, a Pack N Play and high chair.

The garage is small, and large or oversized vehicles taller than 76” or wider than 90” will not fit. Please utilize street parking for larger vehicles.
Pets must be approved. Please inform us of the breed and size of your pet. We do not allow cats. A pet fee will be applied to your reservation.
