Good place, just not great communication

Overall, the property is a beautiful home in a beautiful city with accurate listing and plenty of amenities. Unfortunately, our group mainly had issues with communication with the host and check in/check out process. Starting with check in when we didn’t get our key until texting and calling the manager. When we did arrive, the cleaners were still there. We noticed some things like dishwashing detergent missing and did message the host about things like that and we just didn’t get replies till a day later and were told things were going to be replaced like the detergent when they never were. The final thing was that the host then messaged that checkout was 11 but then the cleaners came at 10 and told us we had to leave which just felt a little mean. Maybe this isn’t representative of the hosts overall as it was a holiday weekend and the host seemed nice. Still, our family overall enjoyed our stay and the place.
