Our home is newly renovated, and everything we have inside is brand new. We designed this place with You in mind. San Diego is such a beautiful city with amazing amenities. This unit is in ideal vicinity to the Beach, Gaslamp, amazing food, and varieties of music spots! We have a fully stocked kitchen for our guest who would like a nice home cooked meal. You will Enjoy.

Amenities were just Ok. Place was clean, but towels were still wet when we arrived. bedrooms were fine and decorated nicely. Place needs some TLC / fixes - light bulbs, TP holder, and sink faucet is very loose- all need replaced. I would also suggest a new trash can in the bath - very rusty. Javier was very responsive and said he would work on those repairs.

Great location for Pacific Beach!

This place was a great location! It was a 12min walk to the beach, lots of great restaurants! Parking spot is for a compact vehicle, but plenty street parking which was totally safe. It was a lower level 2bdrm property which was very quiet and would definitely stay here again!

Was ok for one night

We had a few issues regarding the check in process as we were not able to get ahold of the owner until 15 min before check in to get the code. Once we finally did he was attentive to make sure we had what we needed. Also with the fan broken in one room(which he said was going to be fixed when we left) the bedrooms were very hot, even the other one with the fan as the air conditioner (which worked great) was only in the living room. We all left our doors open to get air. The place was furnished well with kitchen and bathroom stuff.

Well thought out 2bedroom apartment near mission bay (about 4 blocks). Everything was so clean and tidy. The owners were so responsive and accommodating. We would certainly stay here again.

Great stay, walking distance to pacific beach and mission bay. Clean apartment, very comfortable beds and bedding. Sizeable kitchen if you wanted to cook. Would stay here again.

Cozy home close to the action

Great location in Pacific Beach area. The home felt a bit small for our family of 4, but had all of the amenities that we needed. Everything was very clean, and there's parking on-site.
