The Plaza has a Home Owners Association and any tenant in the unit must abide by the rules of the Association. This will include pool hours, quiet times and balcony rules, etc. The Plaza is located just 10 blocks from the beach or 6 blocks from the Bay. Everything is close by. Price includes all amenities: pool, jacuzzi, tennis, billiard room, saunas and fitness room all on site. All furniture newer with new laundry machines available on every floor. All you need to bring is your clothes!
