very nice home...very clean and the beds, kitchen etc were excellent.....very quiet at night for sleeping wellowner was great,,,immediate response to any questions, great sense of humorowner told me before I purchased the VRBO that my big truck may not fit the garage and it didn't,,,,so I used parking lots in the areaI used to live in San Diego and frequented the Gaslamp district in the pastThe surrounding area is sketchy as it has been inundated lately with homeless etc etc, but the restaurants and Petco Park etc were greatperfect location in the Gaslamp district, close to everything,,,,we took ride share or pedi cabs if went through the Gaslamp or Little Italy DistrictsVery close to Mission beach, The Midway Aircraft carrier museum, Shoreline drive shops and Sea World et alwe had a great mini vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property

Visiting our Marine

We have a USMC Marine in Cali so we used his 96 hr leave to fly out from Florida to visit. Great stay. Everything in description was spot on. San Diego is a little different than where we are from so took some getting use to but we enjoyed th proximity to downtown. Walked over to Petco to catch a game. We also watched fireworks from the balcony.Great time. Thanks JD!

Gaslamp highlights

Place is nice for small groups/families on 3 floors. Living room folding bed was not as comfortable as 1st or 3rd floor beds / I was concerned about street noise because of location on a very busy street but the double pain windows worked. The other issue was street lights that bleeds into living during sleep. Large TVs were a nice touch. Parking is a challenge but after one try I was able to car it. Secured parking was a big benefit as the location is sketchy

Christmas in San Diego

My daughter, nephew and I spent Christmas in San Diego at this beautiful home in downtown, gaslamp district. Property is beautiful, nicely decorated and it has everything you need including a washer and dryer. We were able to enjoy freshly brewed coffee every day and walk to the restaurants for lunch. We enjoyed our stay very much. JD was very helpful the entire time.
