The space
Welcome to our spacious North Park retreat! This thoughtfully designed home features two comfortable bedrooms, a shared full bathroom, a spacious living room with a full-size sectional sleeper sofa, a dedicated workspace, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, relax with your favorite shows on the Smart TV with popular streaming apps, and start each morning with complimentary coffee or tea provided for your convenience. Throughout the home, you’ll enjoy hotel-quality linens and plush towels selected to provide a comfortable, relaxing stay.
Step outside to enjoy two inviting outdoor spaces. The first features a patio with outdoor dining, while the second offers comfortable seating, a cozy fire pit, and a tranquil water feature perfect for relaxing after a day exploring San Diego.
Traveling with a larger group? The property also features an attached private studio that may be reserved separately in addition to the main house, based on availability. With it's own private entrance, the studio is ideal for extended families or friends traveling together who want additional space and privacy. It features a full size bed, twin sleeper chair, kitchenette, private bathroom with walk in shower and it's own outdoor sitting area. When not reserved together with the main house, the studio may be occupied by separate guests. There are no shared interior living spaces or common areas. Each accommodation has it's own private entrance and designated outdoor areas. To maintain privacy for all guests, the steps leading to the lower portion of the property and studio area are reserved exclusively for studio guests and are not accessible to guests of the main house.
For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are located in the garage and are available for guest use. Please note that the garage is not available for vehicle parking. Guests may park in the private driveway, with additional free street parking available.

Guest access:
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire main home, including two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room, dedicated workspace, and two private outdoor living spaces.
The outdoor areas include a patio with outdoor dining, as well as a second seating area featuring a fire pit and tranquil water feature—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring San Diego.
Parking is available in the private driveway, with additional free street parking available nearby.
Guests have private access to the main house and it's designated outdoor areas. The attached studio and lower portion of the property are separate and are not accessible unless included in the reservation.
Self check-in is available with a lockbox, allowing you to arrive at your convenience.
A few things to note:
Freeway proximity: The property is conveniently located near the freeway providing quick access to many attractions in San Diego. Because of this proximity, freeway/traffic noise may be noticeable, in the outdoor areas.
Parking: Complimentary parking is available in the driveway and on the street.
