This property is an older hotel building and has been redone in a super cute and quaint. But unfortunately, since it is in the downtown of the gaslight district, you will be hearing club music until about 4 AM. The walls are paper thin so you hear absolutely everything. 10/10 do not recommend if you are wanting to sleep at all.

I would never stay here again. This is listed as a VIP access hotel and I’ve received way better treatment at lower rated motels. There was no perk, the room was very small and the sheets were dirty, parking is terrible, even if you get the valet your car is still on the street. The elevators take a very long time to arrive. And the restaurant staff is rude.

Pali hotel is a little gem. Historic hotel yet tastefully decorated. Our room, although small, was immaculate. Love the tile in the bathroom. Bed was super comfortable. The best part were the people.. so nice and accommodating . Was a little loud at night, but we understand we are in the city. Location was very walkable.

The place was beautiful. Small (almost detrimental) but it made the place feel cozy and intimate. I didn’t get to the experience the restaurant or bar, but I’m sure it was a vibe. The rooftop is super cool too. Bathrobe was a plus.

The restroom was a bit dirty. Especially, toilet seat had dusts and hair. Also the cabinets were dirty as well. It is also quite noisy. It is in the center of SD downtown and there are a lot of bars next to the room. It is really noisy at night. The windows are really thin too so you can hear alot of noise especially drunk people outside.

This property is really unique and was a cool stay. Unfortunately, the WiFi connection didn’t reach my room, and the hotel does not provide free water at night. My son and I had to walk to a convenience store to buy water pretty late.
