The property itself it's very quaint and older but with a lot of charm. I actually really enjoyed the property. I unfortunately was there at a horrible time being as my shower tub wouldn't drain, the AC didn't work and one of the elevators broke. However, the employees could not have been more helpful. So I'm short, my stay was not pleasant but I think it was mor circumstantial than anything. Great rooftop bar and perfect location if you're headed out to the gaslamp district.

The room and amenities are lovely! An older hotel that has been renovated with great decor and nice bedding. They could use more hooks in the bathroom for towels and the ac rattled a bit during the night but it didn’t affect our stay. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is very cute! It has some historic charm but because of this, it lacks typical amenities like a pool and a gym. The room was small but the bathroom was nicely sized. The toiletries were Diptique which was lovely! The hotel was clean and the staff were very nice. I’d recommend it for the location as well.

The room was very cute and clean! It was on the smaller side but it was mainly booked for a place to sleep after a night out on the town so it was perfect!! The elevator was the only minor inconvenience since it was built in the 1930s and small, so we had to take the stairs to the 7th floor.. Overall I would definitely book another room here in the future!!!

So hot. Check in area was hot. Had to go in their restaurant to wait for check in. Check I. was strange. There is no wriggle room on the 3:00 check in time. None. They really wait until 3:00 to start checking people in. Massive line of people. Our room would have been fine but Air conditioner didn’t work and it was super loud on top of that.
