This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and is full of character and beach-house charm.

The sunny private front porch is the perfect place for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, or simply relaxing and people-watching after a beach day. The porch includes outdoor seating, café lighting, and a propane BBQ grill.

Because the cottage faces south, the porch gets wonderful sunshine throughout the day.

Guests have access to the entire cottage, private porch, BBQ, and detached garage.

Please note:
- The half bath is located off the laundry room.
- Garage dimensions are approximately 186 inches long x 106 inches wide. Compact and midsize vehicles fit best.
- We have set up the garage so that the door can remain open if needed, allowing for approximately 4 additional feet of vehicle length for larger SUVs or trucks.

Free street parking is generally available within a few blocks for additional vehicles, though parking can become difficult during summer weekends and holidays.

- No unapproved visitors

This cottage is best suited for guests looking for a relaxed beach vacation rather than a party house atmosphere.

Air Conditioning
- The cottage features a mini-split AC system located in the main living area along with ceiling fans throughout the home.
- The setup keeps the cottage comfortable most of the year, though during extreme heat waves the bedrooms may be slightly warmer than homes with full central AC systems.

This cottage offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
