Th deadbolt on the door was broken off like the room had been broken into, there was no seal on the door, and no seal on the window that backed up to a homeless encampment. I did not feel safe at all and when brought it to the front desks attention they refused to give me a refund because they “didn’t know how”.

Staff was RUDE Even told me I CANThave my SERVICE DOGS!!! He was DISCRIMINATING AGAINST ME!! HE TOLD ME I CANNOT HAVE ANY VISITORS!!! WE HAD TO PAY EXTRA FOR HAVING SERVICE DOGS AND JE TOLD ME IF I DONT BRING HIM A SHOT RECORD WITHIN 4 DAYS WE LOSE OUR DEPOSIT!!! WHICH WE DID. I WAS HARRASSED BY THEIR STAFF A WOMAN FOLLOWED ME TO THE ROOM AND SAID I CANNOT HAVE DOGS I NEED TO PAY EXTRA AGAIN!!! THEIR PLACE IS FILTHY. CURTAINS HAD CIGARETTE BURNS THE BEDDING HAD CIGARETTE BURNS. THEY TALKED ABOUT ME AMONGST THEMSELVES . EVEN MY GUEST NOTICED AND SAID HOW RUDE THEY WERE. THEY OVERCHARGED Way over

Viaje por vacaciones,pienso que esta en un lugar estratégico y bonito en el centro de todo , la atencion en el checking muy amable , tranquilo el lugar ,pero si vas lleva tu ropa de cama ,toallas ,si lo ocupas para llegar a dormir 😴 bien ,no esperes mas . Si el propietario mejorará este lugar no habría una habitación vacia .

Staff was very courteous and room was clean but dated. The biggest problem is the noise all night long. Very very noisy street traffic with an off ramp and an on ramp for I-5 & I-163. But the price was very low compared to other hotels.

The room wasn't truly clean. Walking around the room in my socks, I found the bottoms black (brand new white socks). I through them out as they would never get clean. There were some marks on the bedsheets.
