We had such a fun stay! While the surrounding neighborhood was a little rough, this property truly felt like a diamond in the rough. One of our favorite features was the speakeasy. It was completely blacked out, and the portable A/C kept the room wonderfully cool. It ended up being the best nap spot of the entire trip for all of us! Oh and the smell of the house was an absolutely spectacular touch. A couple of things I wish I had noticed before booking: the home does not have central air conditioning. Instead, there is a portable A/C unit in the kitchen that does a surprisingly good job of cooling the entire house. Also, access to the speakeasy is an additional charge, which wasn’t immediately obvious to me when I booked.Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay!
