You check in at a random hotel a few miles away and receive your keys for this property. The property itself has no staff. The staff at the “check in” location can’t help you with any issues. All of the parking is reserved and is supposed to be assigned when you check in but we were told that they were out when this was not told to us at all when booking could be a possibility. Parking is a big deal for us especially because there’s no parking available anywhere nearby. This whole listing and scheme they have comes off very scammy and like a slumlord hoarding housing to put on Airbnb and Expedia to make money and extort people. I highly recommend you do not stay here. We contacted Expedia and canceled our stay and were given a full refund - we did not stay the night. It is probably fine for travelers who do not have a vehicle and need a place to crash.

I have checked my emails and text messages and did not find any information from the property telling us to check in at a different location prior. We had to struggled at the rush hour traffic to miles away to check in and drove back to the property, while we were wet after visiting the beach and would like to have a hot shower instantly. There was not extra sheet or pillow or comforters for the sofa bed. On the wall next to the toilet, there were some dark brown spots. Was that someone's body waste? It was noisy at night time.

The room was really nice and I never felt unsafe in any way. The only inconvenience was the check-in situation, but it was told to me in advance, so I suppose one can't be too picky about that. :)

The room was clean but I texted the number several times with no response. There is no one at the property. I had to drive 6 minutes to a hotel in mission valley to get the keys. I texted the contact number asking if the kitchen had pots and pans with no response. There are pots and pans but the lack of response made my stay very unpleasant. The sheets are thin like sandpaper and the same with the towels, thin and terrible. I didn’t sleep well and I would not stay again. The area is safe and I had a parking pass, so that was easy.

The room itself was nice, modern. However, I was never notified that I would have to check in at a different hotel location 15 minutes away from the property. There’s no lobby or staff at the property and no way to get into the building. I had to call the only number I had that was only in service between 8a and 5p. Luckily a resident gave me contact information to the front desk and I was able to check in after about an hour of trying to figure out what to do. It’s not a hotel per se, it’s an extended stay/apartments because there were mailboxes assigned to units. This is not how it was advertised.

It was not a hotel. I had to drive about 5 miles away to Oris Hotel to get the key. I called and no answer and I let a message and no one got back to me. Not ideal place at all
