CANCELLATION POLICY:
We have TWO booking options. Nonrefundable saves you 10%, but you do not get a refund if you cancel for any reason.

MODERATE: You will not save the 10% but allows for more flexibility. This option allows you to cancel up to 5 days before the date of your booking and get a full refund.

The studio is great for singles, couples, adventurers, business travelers and couples with one child. Absolutely no parties or loud noise. No overnight guests who aren’t registered in the booking. **NOT SUITABLE FOR 3 ADULTS

Immaculately cleaned by our professionally trained team using EPA-registered products to clean the home and patio.

A short walk (less than a block) will get you to the Mission Bay Sports Center where you can rent all types of boats, jet skis or take a thrilling jet pack ride! The beach is on the other side. No car needed.

Just a mile away the Mission Beach Surfing School offers a wide array of lessons including surfing, kite and wake surfing, and paddle boarding just to name a few.

Take a trip to La Jolla and check out the seals or hang out at La Jolla Shores Beach. Downtown, the Zoo and Balboa Park are only a 15-20 minute drive. When you return enjoy your favorite beverage on your private balcony.

Take full advantage of the beach with our complimentary beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler and boogie boards to ride the waves!

For babies and toddlers (0-3) we provide a Pack and Play crib. Our sofa/futon can act as a second bed. Your private balcony has a table and 2 chairs.

Our fully outfitted upgraded kitchen with custom countertops and stainless steel appliances and comes complete with utensils, plates, glasses, coffee machine & coffee, refrigerator, range/oven and microwave.

Fans and windows allow you to utilize the natural AC provided by the Pacific Ocean in the style of a traditional beach cottage however we also have an A/C unit if it gets warm.

We live close by and have been locals for many years. We are happy to provide suggestions for activities, attractions and great bars and restaurants in the area.

NOTE: Absolutely no unregistered overnight guests that are not on the original reservation. No animals whatsoever. No parties, events or loud noise. Also, absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed in or around the property. We have a nice family with kids who lives next door, so it's very important that we respect them by following these rules.
