You’re just a short walk to great restaurants and a quick drive to the beach, awesome hiking spots, and some of San Diego’s best attractions. Inside, you’ll find a stylish, updated space with cozy bedrooms, a fully stocked chef’s kitchen, and plenty of parking.

This stylish and cozy home is tucked into the hillside and comes with a private backyard oasis, blazing fast Wi-Fi, open layout, and even your own garage. Inside, you'll find comfy, upscale furnishings and a kitchen that’s fully stocked with custom cabinets, quartz counters, and stainless steel appliances—perfect for cooking up a storm. The open living and dining areas are super spacious and lead right into a fun indoor game room with a ping pong table and plenty of family-friendly games.

The main bedroom is a dream with a king bed, twin bed, Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a massive walk-in shower. The home sleeps up to 14 guests comfortably and is spread out across four bedrooms with flexible sleeping options:

☆ Bedroom 1 – Queen bed (sleeps 2)
☆ Bedroom 2 – Queen-over-queen bunk (sleeps 4)
☆ Bedroom 3 (converted garage) – Twin-over-twin bunk (sleeps 2)
☆ Living Room-Sleeper sofa (sleeps 2).
☆ Bonus room - Full size futon (sleeps 1)

Outside is where the magic happens. The backyard is totally private with beautiful landscaping and custom lighting. Take a dip in the pool, relax in the jacuzzi, soak up the sun on the loungers, or gather around the fire pit with a drink in hand. There’s even a grill and a big outdoor dining table for meals under the stars.

Guest access:
You’ll have the whole place to yourself—including the garage, spacious driveway, awesome outdoor spaces, and laundry area. Everything is here for you to enjoy.

Other things to note:
• We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces.
• The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round.
• Loud music is not allowed on the property after 6:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbors, and quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels down during these times. Failure to do so will result in a $500 fine and/or immediately removal from the property.
• Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150/day minimum (based on current SDGE rates so please inquire about pricing prior to booking). Spa heating is always free
• A $100 pet fee per pet applies (up to 2 small dogs) to cover deep cleaning after checkout.
• After 12 guests, there’s a $50 per night fee for each additional guest.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead and depends on our cleaning schedule.
