Tucked on a peaceful residential street just minutes from the airport, beaches, bays, and all of San Diego’s favorite attractions, it blends the comfort of a private home with the convenience of a central location. Step inside to light-filled, open spaces; step outside to a backyard built for lingering conversations, kids’ games, and late-night fireside chats.

This spacious, one-level Point Loma home welcomes families, friends, couples, and work trips alike, with room for up to 9 guests and thoughtful touches for every age. Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area that makes it easy to cook, eat, and hang out together. The dining table seats 6, and the generous kitchen island offers 8 bar stools for casual meals, laptops, and late-night chats.

Bedrooms are set up for real rest, including a serene primary suite and flexible guest rooms that work just as well for kids as for adults. A separate playroom/4th bedroom can double as an exercise space or extra sleeping area, giving your group space to spread out.

Slide open the patio doors to your private backyard: a fully fenced retreat with artificial grass, a children’s playhouse, mounted basketball hoop, BBQ, outdoor dining for eight, and a cozy fire-pit conversation area. A well-stocked shed holds strollers, a pack ’n play, toys, boogie boards, lawn games, and a beach wagon, so families and groups can pack lighter and play more.

All of this sits on a quiet residential street with an incredibly central location: just minutes to San Diego Airport, Liberty Station, Shelter Island, Old Town, Mission Bay, Belmont Park, the San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park, and an easy drive to the Birch Aquarium in La Jolla and LEGOLAND to the north. The home comfortably sleeps 9 guests, with 3 bedrooms plus a flexible playroom/4th bedroom, so everyone can claim their own corner to recharge. The quiet street gives you a neighborhood feel, while being close to everything you’ll want to see and do in San Diego.

At the heart of the home is an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area that invites everyone to gather in one place. The dining table seats 6 for shared meals or board games, and the generous kitchen island offers 8 bar stools, perfect for casual breakfasts, work-from-home sessions, or chatting with the cook.

The cozy living room features a large sectional sofa that seats 7 and is equipped with air conditioning, making it just as inviting for movie marathons and sports nights as it is for quiet reading and afternoon naps.

A single-over-double bunk bed, dresser, and closet create a fun and functional space that works beautifully for kids, cousins, or friends sharing a room.

Guest Room 2
A queen bed, dresser, bookshelf, sitting area, and closet offer a calm, comfortable retreat – ideal for teenagers, grandparents, or another adult couple who want a bit of privacy.

Master Bedroom
Tucked at the end of the hallway, the primary suite is a serene escape after a full day in the city. It features a sitting area, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo, walk-in closet, TV with streaming services, and a cozy place to unwind with a show, a book, or a glass of wine.

Guest Room 3 / Playroom
Accessible via the backyard, this flexible space can shape-shift with your trip: use it as a playroom, an exercise room, or an extra bedroom with a pull-out double bed. It’s ideal for guests who like a separate space to sleep, stretch, or let kids play while adults relax inside.

OUTDOOR OASIS

Slide open the large patio doors and step into your private backyard retreat – the true “gathering place” after a day of exploring San Diego.

Out here, mornings might start with coffee on the raised deck and kids playing on the lawn, and evenings naturally turn into al fresco dinners and stories around the fire. Fire up the BBQ, dine at the eight-person outdoor table under the umbrella, or sink into the seating by the propane fire pit as the sun goes down.

The fully fenced yard features artificial grass (easy on little feet), a children’s playhouse, and a mounted basketball hoop, making it as fun for kids and teens as it is relaxing for adults.

For days at the beach or park, the backyard shed is your secret weapon: it’s stocked with several strollers, a pack ’n play, boogie boards, lawn games, toys, and a beach wagon. Pack light, borrow what you need, and enjoy a space where play and relaxation can happen at the same time.

GUEST ACCESS

You’ll have full and private use of the entire 4-bedroom home, including the backyard and all indoor living spaces. The garage is reserved for owner storage.

There’s parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway, plus ample street parking. Arrival is simple and seamless with a navy blue front door and smart lock, so you can check in anytime without coordinating keys.

GUEST INTERACTION

We’re available for you 24/7 during your stay – just a message or call away if you have questions or need anything. At the same time, we know you’re here to relax, reset, and enjoy your own rhythm, so we’ll give you plenty of space and privacy unless you request our help.

Think of us as your on-call, behind-the-scenes hosts: ready to step in when needed, and invisible when you just want to enjoy The Gathering Place as if it were your own home.

You’ll also find a fun golf and mini-golf course that’s perfect for both kids and adults, plus markets, boutiques, and plenty of open space to wander, picnic, or let little ones burn off energy.

Within walking distance, you’ll also find a variety of additional stores and restaurants, as well as a shopping center with dining, yoga, massage, and retail – perfect for picking up essentials, grabbing a casual meal, or sneaking in a bit of self-care.

Whether your ideal day looks like roller coasters and sea life, tacos and craft beer, mini golf and parks, yacht-watching at sunset, or picnics under the palms, Point Loma and Liberty Station put you close to it all while giving you a calm, comfortable home to return to.
Pet Policy and Approval Process: We welcome pets at our property! Please note there is a pet fee of $250 per pet. This fee helps us ensure the home remains in top condition for all guests. Thank you for your understanding!

Smoke-Free Environment: We maintain a strict no-smoking policy on the premises. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping The Main Attraction smoke-free.

Unauthorized Guests and Events: There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized guests, parties, or gatherings on the property. Any violation of this policy, including the presence of unauthorized individuals or the hosting of events without prior written approval from the property owner, will result in immediate action, including contacting local law enforcement. The reservation will be terminated without a refund, and the guest may be held responsible for any damages or legal consequences.


Security and Surveillance: For the safety and security of the property, outdoor cameras are installed and in operation at all times. These cameras are located on the exterior of the property and do not monitor any interior spaces. Any attempt to tamper with, disable, or obstruct these cameras will result in the immediate termination of the reservation without a refund. Additionally, the guest may be subject to legal action for any damages or tampering with security equipment.

This apartment offers its guests a water park. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden are also featured at the family-friendly apartment.
