Step directly out to the backyard, where a sparkling pool and heated jacuzzi are available for year-round enjoyment. The backyard is set against stunning mountain, lake, and ocean views! Enjoy the luxurious master suite with large soaking tub for a spa like experience. Each room features a Smart TV and generous closet space.

Interaction with Guests:
We value your privacy and offer a flexible and convenient self check-in process. Keypad entry codes and check-in instructions are given 24 hours before your arrival date. We are available by phone or through the app 24/7 for any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.

Other details to note:
• We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.
• The home has central Heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.
• Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.
• Please reach out to us prior to booking if you’re having any kind of event, as pre-approval and extra fees are required.
• Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $200 per day Note: Pricing reflects current SDGE utility rates. Spa heating is always complimentary :)
• A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs and covers the deep cleaning measures we take after check-out.
• There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 14 guests.
• Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedules to accommodate these requests.
• Loud music is not allowed on the property especially after 6:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbors, and quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels down during these times. Failure to do so will result in a $500 fine and/or immediately removal from the property.
