This property has a gorgeous patio and is a tranquil and private indoor/outdoor living space. It is 1/2 mile from Balboa Park and 2 miles from Downtown. 15min to area beaches. The property comes with a parking spot in the driveway and in unit, laundry. Stay longer and save — 20% off weekly (7 nights) and 25% off monthly (30 nights)
The Space:
This private guest suite is located on the lower level and is accessed by going down few steps from street level. It features a separate entrance and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Enjoy a full kitchen for home-cooked meals and a peaceful patio balcony with seating that overlooks a quiet, green space
