Staff was extremely helpful. One of the lights in our room did not work. The bulb was burnt out. The TV remote control did not work. I saw a piece oof a peanut under the bed. Do they not vacuum under the bed?

It's an airport hotel. Room is big, the views of the bay are really nice but you are next to an airport and are only staying the one night. Ancient wifi, few power outlets for those with more than 1 device to recharge. Could use some refresh for sure.

Clean hotel. Nice rooms and views of the harbor. Almost no places to eat close. Tram shuttle to and from the airport is super easy. Very good stay.

We were only checked in for 8 hours, but slept great in a comfortable king bed. The room was clean, and staff was great. Grabbed dinner at Max's a few minutes from hotel. We couldn't use the shuttle to the airport because we had to leave at 2:30 a.m. and the shuttle doesn't start until 4 a.m. The hotel waterfront area is pretty, and it was neat watching the planes come and go. Uber to the airport was quick as well.

The room was clean and quiet and close to the airport. On the negative side,The night clerk had a sign “back in 10 minutes” but was gone for close to an hour and the breakfast buffet was just adequate, nothing special.

The breakfast was good. Overall cleanliness of the facility is good. Some areas are showing their age and need updating. Carpet in our room crunched indicating that it is worn out. We stayed 7 nights and our room was serviced only once and we had to request that. The view of the bay is amazing.

The room was very spacious and included a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. It offered a lovely view and was quiet, despite being close to the airport. A cooked and continental breakfast was provided, and there was plenty of food available. The hotel itself had a classic feel with furnishings and a settee that I really liked. The staff members, Chris and Hayley, were friendly and helpful during our interactions. The dining staff was also very hardworking. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

The carpet in the hotel was little too old, however it didn't even bother us a bit since it was kept very clean. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of free self-parking spaces and it felt safe. Overall, it was a great 3-night stay experience. We will stay again the next time we are back in town. By the way, the Chinese restaurant next door ( HL Penninsula Pearl ) offers excellent dishes. We ended up dining there 2 nights in a row.
