The location and free airport shuttle are the reasons I stayed here. The hotel itself is a little tired and could use an update, but everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel also had a free breakfast which was a plus!

When I walked into my room, this is what I see. Not cleaned, not ready. The front desk gave me a new room. I must say this is after my numerous stays at Bay Landing, this time is most disappointing. Pillows need to be replaced for an upgrade. Hair dryers, too (with no cool option).

Staff not helpful at all. Most of the time no greeting at all. No help with restaurants, getting around or anything related to the city. The night guy was the only nice one. He tried to accommodate. The breakfast made us sick the first day so we missed sightseeing that morning. was on the toilet for hours. We never ate the breakfast again. We couldn't use the shuttle due to hours of operation. It was peaceful and close to the airport. We will not return to this hotel again.
