Pros - Reception staff, Arielle and Cutler, were terrific! They're great PR for the hotel: accommodating, personable, and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good (coffee and tea available all day) Great walking path around the hotel for exercise. Cons - No pay-per-view, so commercials + commercials on TV. Dated interior.

It was expensive but close to SFO. Pillows were rolled up like soccer balls. The room was too cold from AC and we weren’t able to find control or blanket.

Amazing place. Spacious room with in room coffee options. Clean bathroom with full grooming extras like a shower cap, make up remover and more. Breakfast is served early with tons of options that is very rare in other places. A place to go.

The view of the bay, from a bay view room! Airplanes landing constantly at SFO and I loved watching it. The hotel room is clean, nice, and very quiet. Also, we loved having a microwave and a fridge. The breakfast was also very nice, even for a vegetarian. The decision to choose this was made ultimately based on the free parking.
