Front desk lady was not friendly. We asked for a room on a higher floor and she said there was none available. The hotel was not busy at all. Im giving high marks for cleanliness and comfort. The cleaning staff rocks..appreciate coming back to a made up room anc everything thoroughly cleaned.

It’s a nice hotel but our room had leaks in the shower door that put a lot of water on the floor, the hotel fixed it but still it’s a pain. The second leak was from the A/C and the carpet all around the a/c was very wet.

Nice hotel

The property is nice! Free parking, great location, great sports bar/cafe. The room was kinda stuffy and warm. I wish they would have said on the websites that it's under renovations. It was loud in the am when i was trying to sleep.. other than that. Great place and very nice.

My room was annoying loud next to fans (compression) - the buzzing was terrible from the second I entered the room until I left. I would never go back to this hotel. Even with ear plugs in, it was miserible.

Checked in on a Saturday the weekend and construction was going on couldn’t barely hear the front desk. Was staying with our team and before I even Tried checking in the front desk tried to convince us to cancel our reservation stating they didn’t know how long it was going to be going on. Elevators were slow several teammates didn’t have hot water and parking was even worse.
