Bad shuttle service

I waited 50 mimutes for the dhuttle at the airport. Then I could not take the shuttle back to the airport because it does not run at 2:30 am.Very disappointed in their shyttle service.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. Airport shuttle came on time. Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were dining options (Korean, Japanese, American) within easy walking distance.

I did not like they properties shuttle service.It made multiple stops.only shows up every hour. They used to have a car that just took you to the air and back that was great .now I would recommend a major name hotel for shuttle service or Uber .
