The hotel told us they don’t guarantee room types and tried to place us in a studio with one bed when I booked and paid for a 1 bedroom suite. The rude and unpleasant lady said Hotels.com is a third party so they don’t guarantee rooms to 3rd party customers. Had to go to the front desk three times to remind them we needed a 2pm check out we had requested prior to the trip and told no problem. We also got locked out of our room twice because they didn’t apply the 2pm checkout time. Frustrating for sure especially with a fussy 10 month old.

We absolutely loved our stay!! This hotel accommodated all our needs by staying in the 2 bedroom suite to fit our family. The kids loved the pool & hot tub. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of hot options. Most definitely will stay again!

Stayed for 5 nights. Relatively new property. Everything was clean with ample parking and easy access to the major North/South freeway (101). The hotel is 20 min from SFO, 30 from the City itself, and about 20-25 min from Palo Alto. San Carlos has a nice downtown with plenty of dining options.

They had a fire going in the lobby as you entered. That made a very nice experience as you walked in. What was difficult, is the parking was almost completely full. Had to park in the back. And the property across the street had a sign that said no hotel parking, not very friendly.

My stay was great even though I got locked out my room for about 45 minutes due to key entry went dead but the technician was great he opened an empty room for us to stay in while we wait, and he got in our room fairly quick!
