There were SEVERAL parties going on ALL night long making it very hard to sleep. Called the front desk seemed to have quiet for a 5-10 min then back. The sofa bed was not usable AT ALL.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the overall experience was decent, the sofa bed in my room was in terrible condition. It was extremely uncomfortable, with a worn-out mattress and poor support, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. For a hotel of this standard, I expected better quality accommodations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and upgrades the sofa beds for future guests.

Pools Closed

Very helpful staff, clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that I specifically searched for a hotel with a heated pool and hot tub. Both of these were closed for our stay. I would not have stayed here if I had known this.
