The front desk staff was very helpful and accomodating. I arrived around 11pm and he even called a few minutes after I checked in to make sure I had gotten into my room safely as I was a woman traveling alone. The room itself was fine, although the sink was not draining properly and overall I just felt the room could have felt a little more sanitized. There was a slightly funny smell and some hair (not mine) on the bathroom floor. I had a very early flight out of SFO and again, the night manager gave me a wake up call without me having to ask because he was aware of my early flight.

Room was huge. Bigger than some studios in NYC. Breakfast buffet was perfect. Pretty quiet. Didn't like I had to pay $10 a night for parking but that is cheaper than other places. No elevator so lugging luggage up a flight can be difficult. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Sonesta ES Suites San Francisco Airport San Bruno. The room was a very good size, comfortable, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, which made things really convenient. The location was ideal—close to the BART station and a supermarket—and we always felt safe and secure. Parking was also reasonably priced compared to many other hotels in the area. The only downsides were that our room had a bit of a musty smell at first, likely from a previous guest who may have smoked, and the pull-out bed was only really suitable for a child, not an adult. Overall, though, we were very happy with our choice and would stay here again.

First of all, the location is convenient if you travel through SFO. The area has a lot of dieting options and shopping centers. The parking is convenient although when I was reviewing it, it wasn’t very clear. How much parking fee is an actually one previous reviewer mentioned that Parking was free. In any case it was $10 a night which is appropriate for San Francisco. The place is quiet and has a number of private entries into the property. We took an apartment suite and we managed to keep it clean for the several days that we stayed. The staff is very helpful as we interacted with them mostly during breakfast. Also, the BART station is walkable in case you don’t have a car! Strongly recommended!

Very quaint spot. Wish I had a longer stay. Walking proximity to Marshalls, Target, planet fitness, Burger King and of course very close to The airport with a free shuttle available.

Room setup was good, but furnitures are old and beat up. Sofa had several holes and patches on it. Small table was all scratched up. No dining table, just some chairs with a counter. Bedroom was great, no issue in there. Refrigerator motor was noisy and old. Toilet making lots of water noise after flushing. Parking spaces are very small.
