The good: hot water and water pressure, shower head was clean. towels were clean although thin, the grout in the tile on the walls in the shower was clean and the AC worked. The shuttle pick up was on time and easy ( though it is up to a 45 min wait depending on when you get to the outdoor hotel shuttle pick up area at SFO). The bad: peeling paint in the room, a shower area that has seen better days, super low toilet, no microwave or mini fridge, no USB outlets to charge (there was only one plug in the entire room that worked we could charge a phone on), the worst was the carpet- we didn’t feel safe walking barefoot on it. It was old and spongy. Who in the hospitality industry thinks square pillows are a thing?! They aren’t and they suck to sleep on. This is a drive up old style motel where you park your car in front of your room and all doors face the outside. There are 7 different buildings and some appear to have tenants. I would not feel safe having a child inside the room and we didn’t leave the room after sunset. After our stay we will up our star requirement and NOT stay at this property again. I would warn others to spend the extra $25-$30 and stay elsewhere.

The room was in poor condition and in need of renovation. The shower had rust and mold, with visible cracks around the tub. Additionally, the toilet was unstable, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to use.

My horrible experience!

The clerk I spoke with cancelled both of my rooms when I specifically mentioned to only Cancel one room. I even spoke with a live agent through the chat to ensure a smooth check in before I checked in. Mind you, I’m traveling 7 hours and I’m driving. So I get there, the clerk stated my room was not showing up on their system. He checked my ID and stated my rooms were cancelled when it was only supposed to be one room cancelled. We finally check in after having to rebook online again, the room that I was first given was HORRIBLE AND DISTURBING FILTHY. I felt like we couldn’t breathe in that room. You can smell the mold in the room. The floor/rug was damaged and had big stained through out the floors. The bathroom was dirty. The window outside of the room was bent and damaged. I then went to the front desk to request a new room, it was given and it was slightly better than the first one. I had no other choice to stay here because we already had to prepare for our work weekend. The bed sheets had yellow stains, the bathroom had horribly chipped paint and scrapings, the rug felt really dirty. There was no air ventilation , the windows were painted shut. I kept speaking with the clerk, he seemed like he didn’t care.

Only good thing is that it is close to the airport for early departures. Outside and inside old,dirty,people smoking weed outside our room and in the area. The shuttle came on time was the only good part. Staff did not offer printed receipts, and no other help. We were charged more for parking then expected, and they said it was because we did not book on line, but I dod not see any option to do that?

Worst hote stay EVER!

This hotel was AWEFUL! I arrived late in the evening and the check in clerk gave me terrible directions to my room. The property is huge and very poorly light, so when he said “it’s on the right”, I assumed my building # would be easy to see. NOPE. I drove around for 10 minutes and had to get out of my car several times to see the building numbers (not fun when it’s dark out, your alone and the area is pretty sketchy). When I finally found my room, I opened the door to total disgust. There were wads of hair on the floor, the walls were totally scraped up and the shower was full of mold. The room cost was less than most in the area, so I guess some would say that you get what you pay for. However, even at the price I paid, I at least expect a clean and safe space for the night, which definitely didnt get. I 100% would NEVER say here again or recommend this hotel to anyone!

I didn't like anything about this place, the price was way too high for the quality of the rooms. Bathrooms were dirty and infested with fruit flies, shower was terible, no room cleaning in 3 days, no fresh towells or coffy refills. All personell didn't speak english except tge reception. The reception man was verry rude, no service, no attention span more than 5 seconds, he was busy with his paperwork instead of talking and answering my questions. The check out was a desaster, didnt even asked what room number i had, and i never got my deposit back. Never again

Gross and not friendly

The hotel felt unsafe, the employees were not helpful, the rooms are very old and falling a part. It seems like they added some white paint a couple of years ago on top of the rotting bathroom but that was done poorly. The pool was not usable. Our first room the shower did not work so we were able to change rooms but when we asked for another towel we never got one. If you can get it cheap and you know it's a dirty old place go for it, but if you see the more expensive rates I saw just find some place else.

The bathroom has pealing paint and I'm not a smoker and room 402 where I stayed had very distinct smoke smell. The carpet in the room seems very dirty. We stayed two nights and I asked for 2 extra towels and never got them. I called the front desk twice to get toilet paper and no one ever answeared the phone. I ended up.usong tissue papaer. I strongly do not recommend this place.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But there was a smell of mold or mildew, not strong but noticeable. I called the desk multiple times before we arrived and after we left because we forgot something. I never got an answer afterwards and only after multiple times beforehand did someone answer.
