A great Galways stay!

Galway is easily my favorite place I’ve ever been to, and being able to stay right in the square was perfect. We really appreciated the look of the space as well as service. It was unseasonably warm (72F and sunny!) during our stay so the room did get a bit warm and stuffy, but staff was able to provide a fan for us to place in front of the window and that helped. Will definitely plan to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were all amazing. The rooms were nicely done. Really nice breakfast as well. It is right across from pubs with live music and can be heard in the rooms, but that was totally ok by us.

Very central hotel

Eyre square hotel is so close to both bus and train station. There is a shop across the road from it if you have forgotten something or are feeling peckish. Within walking distance to lively pubs and restaurants.

We liked how close this place was to restaurants and pubs. It was even fairly close to Temple bar. What we didn’t like was the parking situation. Had to park in a public garage pretty far away, lots of one-way streets and blocked off streets, pretty hard to get to.

Perfect Fit!

Hotel was wonderful. Checked all the boxes: perfect location (central, walking distance to everything, surrounded by pubs), great staff, excellent hotel bar and in house café. Will recommend to everyone and would definitely go back!

Great stay

Great spot. The location was perfect and easily walkable from the train station and to the main bar and shopping area. Hotel staff was friendly. Check in nice and smooth. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had breakfast included and food was good with traditional Irish options

Liked the top room with the window in the ceiling. Convenient for walking around Galway. Was a bit noisey, both theough the window as well ad there must have been some power tool work being done in nearby rooms. Not a huge problem, but if you’re looking primarily for peaceful rooms, maybe look elsewhere
