The house was quaint, inviting, and well maintained. I loved waking up to fresh coffee and fruit, beans, potatos, eggs, juices and more. The owner is friendly and down to earth and her staff very accommodating. A beautiful laid back atmosphere and a 2 minute walk to a serene beach.

Comfortable, great location!

Stayed at Casa Isabel for one night, love this multigenerational Boricua family owned/run place. Comfortable and clean, the beds could use an upgrade for a multi night stay but for one night last minute trip to see Benito at La Residencia, this was perfect. Location is stellar - one block from beach in one direction and Bebo’s/Calle Loiza in the other. Loved having the beach chairs / gear to borrow, made it easy to have a morning at beach in my whirlwind 24 hours. Margie the owner is friendly and fabulous, with the great hospitality la isla del encanto is all about. My 15th trip to PR, and first time here but won’t be my last.

So glad I found Casa Isabel, it truly is a gem. Great location, very safe, the hostess is very available and accommodating. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was always tasty and timely. I will definitely keep this location in mind anytime I visit San Juan.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Isable. Margie, our hostess was remarkably accommodating. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, nice hot water shower in the morning followed by a really delicious variety of fruits, cereal, and hot foods. The cut-up mangos, watermelon, kiwi, etc. were very tasty in addition to the sausage patties and crisp bacon. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone. Our next visit would certainly be a return to Casa Isabel.

Great place, love the area!

Casa Isabel was in a beautiful area. Walking distance to some grest places to eat. Margie was great, very friendly and the open space was very night and inviting. The only drawback was the water pressure in room 5 was not the best. But everything else was great!

Located in the heart of San Juan, this property stands out as a delightful gem. Margie, the host, is exceptionally accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. We were in room #1, which was notably perfect in terms of size, cleanliness, and amenities, unlike other accommodations we experienced in Puerto Rico. The property exudes a cozy, comfortable, and homey atmosphere. Conveniently situated near the beach and local dining spots, it's just a short 15-20 minute ride to Old San Juan. The breakfast was excellent. I definitely plan to rebook when I return to San Juan next time.
