Nice family stay in the hotel

Nice stay, close to the beach, the hotel provides access to its own sunbeds at the beach with towels Around the hotel you may find a lot of cafes, restaurants. It’s just 10-15min drive from downtown For runners - great place to start running route Wifi was great!

Needs some TLC

Very conveniently located in the tourist Condado area of San Juan, the property is close to the main corridor of restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops. The interior could use a little updating with fresh, brighter colors and the carpeting in the lobby looks drab. Valet parking will set you back @$25/day. The rooms have old style microwaves and small refrigerators. There's a dining room that offered free breakfast. Vending machines round out the beverage and food choices.

The staff here is amazing. Genuinely friendly & helpful. The place is very clean & in a great location. It's walking distance to everything, beach, shopping & bars. The breakfast is good with lots of options.Their beach towels could be upgraded. It was s great stay!

Hotel located on somewhat dumpy sidestreet. Address is weird and does not comport with street signs or Googlemaps. Breakfasts were quite good. Bacon cooked well but sausage seemed undercooked. Should be lightly browned I would think but they may have tried to cook it fast. Staff at desk were very helpful. Self serve store kind of a disaster. Very overpriced in self-serve store. One elevator out for most of stay.
