Great place!

Amazing stay and great location!!! The bathroom had a stain when we checked in but they cleaned it quickly and they had great service. Breakfast was great! When you are an IHG member, they allow early check in and late check out. I would stay here again

Would stay again, but in a bigger room

It was a good experience overall. Had a small queen size room. The bath was clean yet oddly the toilet was to large for the space, kept pumping on head on the wall because there was not enough space between the toilet seat and the wall in front of you. Also the towel rack was located inside the shower stall on the wall across the shower head. Moved the towels because these were definitely going to get wet or at least moist. A large person or persons would have a hard time in the bathroom space and/or a person with physical impediment. The breakfast was really good, the dinning areas clean and with enough sitting. Staff amazing, prompt and professional. Vale park prompt and courteous.

Fire alarm went off on the floor we were staying. Staff, two males, came upstairs asking who is smoking in the room, it was only my daughter and I. It was quite obvious there was not smoking going on in my room. When I responded that there was nothing going on, the staff member proceeded to sniff inside my room, insisting that I tell him I was smoking. It was an uncomfortable situation especially being that it was only myself and my underaged child. Highly inappropriate behavior.
