We were informed we'd get towels once arrived to the area at the beach. The gentleman at hotel guest service was beach . We were informed that the Holiday Inn , no longer provides towels on the beach location. So we had no towels :(

Breakfast services was good. Front staff at check in was good but after the encounters with other front desk agents was so so. We only received room service once while we were there for 4 nights. We had to keep asking everyday for clean towels since our room wasn’t cleaned. We notified front desk and nothing was changed. There were not any laundry supplies to purchase on property so had to walk to a store to get some at the last minute. The toilet in the bathroom was clogged. The shower leaks out water even though the shower door is closed. The closet door was not screwed in properly so it couldn’t close properly. My family love staying here yearly for our family vacation but this year was not good at all.

The property was very clean, breakfast was decent , the staff were very helpful and accommodating, the pool was clean, one of the elevator was malfunctioning but worked, rooms were spotless after the daily house keeping. Overall a very pleasant experience and would stay again.

I recommend this hotel

Hotel has very comfortable beds with great service and staff. Staff were friendly and they were nice enough to hold our luggage while we explored before our check in. Loved there was no carpet in rooms. Breakfast was delicious with lactose free options. There is a beach nearby where you walk. I recommend this hotel over other hotels from the area. I also recommend it if you are traveling with kids.
