Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was absolute carnage - the Assistant Manager had no clue what she was doing and thought it proper to give a member of staff and talking to in front of guests whilst she stood about watching the carnage rather than do anything to help!

The amenities are very good. Compared with the Leonardo Hotel in Edinburgh, however, there is a lack of warmth and in some cases, professionalism on the part of the staff.

Firstly the heating is on timers and was freezing when we arrived and wasn’t coming on for another 3 hrs, then that night when we got back room was cold and we got a portable blow heater that blew. The bed clothes were inside out with labels sticking out (not a big deal) but still, the hairdryer didn’t work so had to get a replacement and reception phone never answered so had to go source these myself. We were in room 232 and the shower just kept dripping when off so a noise for about 30/40 mins after showering. The location is perfect for Belfast City Centre.

The location of the hotel it’s great. The staff really nice and helpful. A really fresh and delicious breakfast. The room was clean, but I do think it was not a 4 star, the bathroom quite small, room also.
