Nice room. I did pay for a small suite that Expedia advertised. No such thing. Room was nice but average size. I asked at front desk. Expedia misrepresented the information. Sad as Expedia does not refund one penny Hotel was a great experience Staff were extraordinary. Would recommend highly this location and all its amenities.

Bedroom was a nice size (I had paid for a good room) however the bathroom was disappointing, it looked tired and the bath was so shallow it made it impossible to actually submerge yourself. Disappointing as I’d specifically paid for a better room for a larger bed and the bath as I have issues with my back.

Filthy, scruffy and noisy hotel. Carpets really badly stained. Bedding had blood and what looked like vomit stains. Disgraceful. Full of hen do’s and groups of men. Clearly a party hotel and not a family hotel. Definitely not 4 star.

Room was nice modern and clean. Shower was at best warm but not warm enough and had poor pressure. Breakfast could have been better, with warm hot food and the coffee machines not operating properly, one inoperative and the second only operating at 50%. However, choice of food was good. We have stayed here a couple of times before with a much better experience.

Room was very clean, hotel is lovely. The staff were friendly and quick to help. The breakfast buffet was well appointed, options for everyone! So many amenities in walking distance and easy to get transport around Belfast.

Room was clean.Staff very courteous Just one complaint Went to the bar for a drink only 1 bottle of Rose wine it didn't have the one that was advertised in room. They had no white lemonade and i noticed the bar bottles were very sparce. Was in the bar 2 weeks ago attending a concert and the barman was very good and knew his drinks and i.got my Rose wine. Need to keep an eye out who staffs the bar. Other than that stay was enjoyable
