Disliked: Staff & service
The supposed check in time was 3pm, unfortunately when we arrived at the hotel, the room was not yet ready. We were only able to checked in at 415pm. In addition, there was molds on the bathroom tiles. Distance wise from the city centre, it is the best location.

Breakfast staff shortages

Exec room very comfortable. Information on facilities was scant and mostly unavailable. No breakfast times. Staff are short as breakfast foods were in short supply, with fruit running out, coffee machines not working due to supply shortages. The staff were gone by 10 and all food stuffs removed.. I saw one family dismayed as they arrived for breakfast just before 10 !!! No food

we arrived after 3pm and there were no rooms ready. a number of customers were complaining to the reception staff. obviously they have problems recruiting housekeeping staff and this is an ongoing situation as we discovered on previous visits. it appears to be the same in the restaurant area.

Average stay. Staff is friendly and helpful

The stay was average. Location of the hotel is convenient and walking distance from City Centre and major tourist attractions. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. They got me the Black Cab Tour which was amazingly outstanding. Somehow efficiency is an area of concern. No one responds to phone calls from room, neither the bar, nor the reception, which is a major area of concern. Out of the three night stay, my room was cleaned only once, which again reflects poorly on the hotel.

Decent hotel. In good location and good prices

Room was fine. Not filthy. Seemed in well kept condition. Bathrooms are small but were clean and modern. We were on the 1st floor in the centre.away from the street. So no road noise. Non air con, so the room was a bit warm, but a big tower fan was present and helped out enough. It’s Belfast, not Spain after all. Breakfast was decent enough. Not a huge range of options, but still enough to choose from and were regularly topped up. Very good sausage in the fry up. Bizarrely, no tea spoons, so had to use back of my knife to stir my coffee. Checked in early. Was not going to drop my bags, but our room was already available at 10am. So able to drop bags and get cleaned up. Bonus. Price was very good for the area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would use this hotel again

Leonardo Belfast Review

While it was a brief 2 night stay, we were met at front desk by 2 lovely people, check in was seamless. Room was very clean with free water and tea/coffee and biscuits. Beds were very comfortable. We didn't eat in the hotela as we left early both mornings. Checkout was seamless and the reduced car park overnight rate was welcome!. Would thoroughly recommend as were were withing the cebtre of Belfast with wasy access to shops etc.

Comfy beds, parking is close, no AC but I believe that’s common to not have. Fans provide were very dusty. Overall though, it was a nice stay.

We appreciated our stay globally speaking. The hotel is very well located. To be noted: 4-star hotel that does not provide slippers and a lot of dust in the room (kettle plate support, glass shelf in the bathroom and in the fan)

Would definitely use again, staff very friendly, excellent location. Breakfast was recommended, although there was plenty of room and nice tables, bacon and black/white pudding to hard, bacon too thick. But all good and ok, main thing they could change to help customers is, get more hot drinks machines, put one in the lobby for guests too. The big breakfast queues were made considerably worse, with people also queuing in the same queue for one beer slow coffee machine. That is an easy fix, if they want to. But would definitely use again

Great hotel

Beds could be more comfortable but that’s a preference. Excellent central location and parking was handy tho slightly expensive compared to what we are used to but that’s Belfast prices not the hotels fault. Rooms were lovely and clean tho tv only had four channels which was disappointing as we had a child with us
