Lamentable desde el primer momento. Desde el primer día que reservamos advirtiéndonos que no estropeemos el sofá que tenía en el sofá dando por hecho que lo íbamos a ensuciar. El primer día mi mujer casí se electrocuta con el ventilador azul de la habitación.La lavadora esta en un estado penoso y la tostadora no calienta. Lo mejor de todo es que nos quieren echar la culpa días después de que hemos dejado el apartamento sucio cuando mi mujer lo dejo limpió antes de irnos, menos mal que tenemos fotos y vídeos de como lo dejamos. No recomendable son unos anfitriones pésimos

Des vacances au top!!! Tout est génial de l'emplacement de la location, de l'appartement, de la piscine à littéralement 2 pas de celui-ci, de la plage a 7mn en voiture. De la bienveillance et la gentillesse de Geraldine qui fait le lien entre nous et les propriétaires. Il n'y a pas de tv mais tant mieux cela nous a permis de resserer les liens familiaux et de faire de super rencontres avec les voisins

Séjour à torrevieja

Résidence calme et agréable dommage pas de wifi ni TV et pas de climatisation heureusement ce ne sont pas les grosses chaleurs des autres années. par contre n’oubliez pas vos draps et serviettes, même si le prix est raisonnable. Geraldine est très à l’écoute et fait le maximum pour que notre séjour se déroule bien, merci beaucoup à elle.

La piscina lo mejor.

El departamento está en perfecto estado, muy buena calidad y limpieza, perfectamente dotado para pasar unas vacaciones relajadas. Aunque el anuncio dice que es para 5 personas, para 4 sería el máximo. Tuvimos algo de problemas de comunicación (por el idioma) al momento del check in y los dias previos al check in, aunque Chaillou fue muy amable. La piscina y todas las instalaciones en perfecto estado.

Magnifique vacance

Belle Résidence avec parking. La location est très propre et la piscine est vraiment à côté au top ! De plus on a eu l’agréable surprise d’avoir une machine à laver la dame qui nous a accueillis a été très agréable et à l’écoute. Je recommande ++++

Ideal pour des vacances en famille

Calme, environnement bien entretenu, location sécurisée avec gardien. Proche de toute commodités. Séjour très agréable avec piscine surveillée tous les jours, ce qui est rare pour une location. L'appartement était en excellent état et bien équipé.

Je recommande fortement. Nous sommes partis en famille avec nos 2 filles. Logement simple et efficace à 5 pas (pour de vrai) de la piscine. Ambiance familiale et sécurisé. Avec une gérante la meilleure qui soit et je n'exagère pas. Reactive attentionnée et à l'écoute. Agréablement surprise nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Encore merci pour tous.

Muy buena ubicacion y tranquilo para descansar y relajarse. Si tuviera aire acondicionado ya seria fantastico. Pero aun asi hemos tenido una buena experiencia junto a nuestros dos pequeños perritos. Y la atencion de la propietaria fue fantastica. Lugares cercanos para visitar como la capital de Murcia. El lugar esta echo mas bien para extrangeros pero aun asi en bares y restaurantes nos han tratado de maravilla. Por eso que para nosotros todo perfecto.

la urbanización bien conservada. un poco estrechas las calles lo que dificulta la intimidad

piscina con socorristas (raro en levante en urbanizaciones privadas) se echa en falta restauración cerca que hablen castellano , siquiera lo mínimo. todo está pensado para los habitantes de habla inglesa principalmente.
