Our flight departed prematurely due to my mother's elevated blood pressure. I sought a quiet space for her to rest and subsequently rebooked our flight. Following the booking of our accommodations, the staff member assisting us kept us waiting for approximately an hour. We opted to dine in the interim. I am uncertain as to the cost of a full dinner plate, as we only served ourselfs soup, fruit, chicken, and two shots of tequila for myself accompanied by a soda, totaling $98. Given my mother's condition and my own fatigue, I was disinclined to engage in any disputes. Upon retiring to our room, we shared a king-sized bed, which was satisfactory, but the noise levels were unacceptable, rendering sleep impossible. Our stay was in room 425, situated at the end of the hallway, and unfortunately, the person in charge was not particularly helpful. I intend to return and afford your establishment another opportunity. The entirety of this experience was unforeseen, and our departure was necessitated at 6 am.
