Property in need of works. Poor sound insulation. Terrible smell of sewage / drains in our room. Room was clean and staff were very friendly.

Great location with a great staff. Front desk was super helpful with finding places and showed us a bus schedule that we used to go to Cala Bassa and the airport. Housekeeping was outstanding.

Great Location, But Only Worth It with a Suite

I stayed at Red Hotel Ibiza and initially booked one of the basic rooms — honestly, it wasn’t great. Very bare, dated, and not a pleasant space to relax in. Thankfully, I was offered the option to upgrade, and it turned out to be the best decision of the trip. The suite with a balcony and sea view made a huge difference. That said, I’m used to hotels offering upgrades as a complimentary gesture, so having to pay extra felt a bit off. The staff weren’t the most attentive — there was little effort to build any rapport, and I found the front desk quite unhelpful when I had general questions or requests. It lacked that warm, welcoming vibe you’d hope for on a holiday. The location, however, is great. It’s close to the bus station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops, which made getting around and exploring super convenient. Overall, I would consider staying again — but only in the suite with the balcony and sea view.

Everything was spot on apart from there was no person who does the rooms around for days so my rubbish piled up. I wasn't in room in afternoon so not sure what time they finished.

The walls, floors and doors are “thin” . One can hear people talking , walking and moving chairs from adjacent rooms and hallways. It’s the least sound insulated room I’ve ever stayed in. Reject any room ending in 01 bc it is next to the stairwell. You will hear all the steps. Half the Hangers were broken too. The linens are scant - a flat sheet and thin bed cover. I hope the bed cover is changed for each guest. It was good the bed was made and new towels supplied daily. All the Staff is friendly and helpful . The free pool is a less than a minute walk with a well staffed restaurant. Do bring your own towel.

Good value short stay

Would have been nice if the chairs in the pics were on the balcony. Very handily located if you want to spend the night in the hell that is San Antonio. Clean, comfortable & not bad for the price on this overpriced island.

Perfect hotel in San Antonio

Brilliant hotel in the centre of San Antonio by the egg. Hotel staff were really helpful and friendly, the cleaners had a great rotation where if you were still asleep in the morning they would come back in the afternoon. The rooms are fairly simple but we’re a good size and really clean. Only downside was the fridge wasn’t very cold at all even after we tried to change the settings but other than that it was a great hotel and perfect for what we needed.

There is not much to like about this property apart from it's location. There is no pool & we paid a premium for a kingsize bed which turned out to be two single beds with kingsize bedding, which drifted apart on the second night - NOT at asatisfactory !

Well located , clean and staff friendly and helpful. Housekeeping are super lovely. My biggest issue was no kettle especially when everything shuts at 1am so we couldn’t have a hot drink when we wanted . Could be noisy at times(laughter and music ) but expected as people were only having a good time so didn’t bother us Would stay again

LOOOOVED staying here! This hotel is in such a good area, it's close to everything (bars, restaurants, clubs, bus station, etc). The view from the balcony is nice and it's comfy and roomy inside!

Exactly what you need when staying in San An

This hotel is exactly what you need when staying in san antonio. Good location with good restaurants around and reasonably comfortable and clean. When staying at the hotel in 2018 we only booked a standard room as there was none of the better rooms available. This time we were able to book a nicer room and it was 100% worth the extra money. The beds are comfier, the balcony is bigger and the rooms are more spacious. The bathroom isn't any bigger and the quality of the shower isn't great. The staff on reception are very nice and helpful. Check in was a slow process. The food as the red cafe was really nice.
