Villa Edward is located on a hill that dominates the whole Morna Valley, 15 minutes away from Santa Eulalia, San Carlos and the beaches of S’argamassa, Es Niu Blau, Cala Nova and Cala Lleny.
The nearest supermarket is 2.5 km away, Ibiza town is 25min away (20km), while the airport is 30min away (25km).
This beautiful villa was built in 2015, it has 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 10 people.
===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
From here you will enjoy amazing views over the valley, the mountains and the sea at the background.
The house develops on 2 floors, it features a main fitted terrace furnished, living and dining room, with large Sat TV, an American kitchen that opens to the dining area.
The kitchen is very well equipped with: fridge, freezer, induction plaques, electric oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine + traditional coffee machine and all kind of useful appliances like blender, boiler, fruit-juice maker.
It has also a washing room with washing machine.
On the main floor there are 2 large suites with king size beds, one with bath and shower and the second one only with shower.
On the ground floor there are two large suites with king size beds, one with bath and shower and the second one only with shower.
There is also 1 large suite with king size bed, bathroom with shower accessible only through the exterior of the villa, from the pool terrace.
Outside there are several terraces, all of them very well furnished, with comfortable wood furniture.
There is the pool house with a completely furnished kitchen, with fridge, freezer, induction plaques and 2 gas plaques, electric oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine + traditional coffee machine, and all kind of small machines like blender, boiler, fruit-juice maker. This kitchen can be open to the pool terrace, or closed in case of bad weather.
Finally, the villa is provided with a gas barbecue, a nice and well-maintained garden and a parking for 4/5 cars.
Villa Edward thanks to its position is ideal for those people who are looking for a secluded and calm retreat, having however at hand many famous and typical restaurants. Farmhouses, spas, amazing small villages, with the possibility of practicing all kind of outdoor activities like green walking routes, horse riding excursions, water sports, etc.
