The villa Es Socorrat is located in Sant Miquel de Balansat in the Rubio mountain, in a natural paradise of the north of San Miguel. A quiet place, ideal for resting and enjoying the sun, the beach (about 15 minutes walk from the house, 8 minutes by car) and the serenity of the Ibiza countryside. An oasis of rest and tranquility invaded by aromas of pine, rosemary and lavender. It has private access, swimming pool, ping pong, garden, barbecue and beautiful mountain views. Free private parking, Wi-Fi, free air conditioning and heating are provided in all its facilities. Inside there is a dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms, 4 double bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed. The house has 2 floors.
The house was built 15 years ago, and has been refurbished and improved since then.
It has all kinds of services: wifi, television, air conditioning, heating, microwave, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, dryers in all bathrooms, iron and safe. Cleaning twice a week and linen are included in the price.

It is perfect to occupy eight adults or 9 people using the sofa bed in one of the rooms. Also, we have cots and highchairs for the baby.

It is an ideal house for families with children or for groups of friends who want tranquility, privacy and a large and well-kept garden with beautiful views.
