Our estate extends over a spacious property of 15,000 m2, which stretches picturesquely between the hills between Sineu and Sant Joan. Finca Almendra is easily accessible by car and yet is located in a quiet area, away from the country road. You have exclusive access to the house, property and pool, so you can enjoy your well-deserved privacy to the fullest.



The charming house, with a generous living area of 125 m2, is located in the middle of a nature reserve, surrounded by almond trees, which offer a special atmosphere in spring with their flowers and in autumn with their crops.In front of the house there is a large terrace with a dining area for 6 people, where you can enjoy your meals outdoors. Next to the house there is a wonderful 8 x 4 meter pool with a cozy internal staircase and surrounded by a large terrace. A covered terrace also offers protection from the sun.



Inside the house you will find a cozy and newly designed atmosphere that offers all modern comforts. In the open area you will find a well-equipped kitchen that integrates perfectly with the dining room, as well as a bright living room with satellite TV German and a cozy fireplace, which provides cozy warmth, especially in the colder months.A hallway leads to the rear of the house, where there are two large double bedrooms, one with its own en-suite bathroom. There is also a children's room with a bunk bed and a second bathroom with a shower. Of course, free WiFi is available in this oasis of relaxation.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. For your convenience, you will also find a washing machine, ironing board, iron and hairdryer. Towels for the kitchen, bathroom and pool/beach are available in sufficient quantities. Upon request, we will be happy to provide you with a cot and high chair free of charge.



The privileged location in the center of the island allows you to take comfortable day trips in all directions without having to endure long travel times. Here you will experience the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure to explore the various treasures of Mallorca.

A deposit of 200.00 euros must be paid in cash. The refund will also be made in cash before your departure.



The reserved holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely prohibited to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors.Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).

Great Holiday Location and Accommodation

We regularly rent Villa's and appartments for holidays and I think this was the best we have ever had. It was especially nice to be greeted on our arrival after a three hour flight delay. The accommodation had more of everything than we needed, which is very refreshing. It was a fantastic location for us to tour the island from and was a quite tranquil setting to return to. All in all 10 out of 10 from us.

Nette kleine Finca in schöner und ruhiger Lage

Ideal für Familien, gut ausgestattete Finca mit allen Annehmlichkeiten für einen entspannten Urlaub. Ideale zentrale Lage im Landesinneren, somit gleichmäßig geeignet für Ausflüge in alle Teile der Insel.

Traumhafte Lage - große und saubere Finca

Es ist so vieles schon gesagt worden - ich möchte das nicht alles wiederholen. Wir waren rundherum super zufrieden mit der Finca, mit der Lage und Ausstattung. Auch ohne Worte - da wir kein Spanisch sprechen - war die Verständigung mit den Vermietern möglich. Kurzum: Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern 5 und 6 Jahre) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Tolle, saubere Finca mit viel Platz

Sehr saubere und gepflegte Finca mit tollem Pool. Genug Platz um auch mal im Schatten zu sitzen. Die Finca ist voll ausgestattet, wir wurden von den Vermietern (sprechen nur spanisch) sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und bekamen alles erklärt (es war kein Problem, dass wir kein spanisch sprechen). Eine Grundausstattung mit Kaffefiltern, Spülmaschinentabs, etc. ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter hatten uns einen Korb mit Obst und Wein zur Begrüßung bereitgestellt. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit und wir würden die Finca immer wieder buchen.

Traumhafte Lage

Wir haben wundervolle 14 Tage in der Finca Almendra verbracht. Die Finca und Außenanlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse wäre vorteilhaft, da es am Nachmittag kaum ein Schattenplatz gibt. Wir haben uns mit einem günstigen Sonnensegel beholfen. 2 Sonnenschirme für den Strand sind vorhanden. Aus langjähriger Erfahrung haben wir immer Entkalker für die Duschköpfe dabei, aber hier hat alles (Duschköpfe und Kaffeemaschine) einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und es ist reichlich Geschirr vorhanden. Vom Grillplatz hat man eine traumhafte Aussicht, hier wäre ein Sichtschutz am Außenzaun nicht schlecht, da hier und da Fußgänger oder Feldarbeiter in der Nähe sind. Wir haben uns sehr oft auf der tollen Poolbank aufgehalten, die genial zum Verweilen ist. Der Pool wird alle 3 Tage gereinigt. Die Lage Inselmitte ist perfekt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Wiederholungstäter :-)

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter :-) und wurden wieder herzlichst empfangen wieder mit "Erstversorgung" und einem hausgemachten Kuchen. Wirklich supernett, haben wir uns darüber sehr gefreut. In allem waren wir wieder sehr zufrieden und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Allerdings habe ich auch das Gefühl, dass die Matratze im Hauptschlafzimmer etwas durchgelegen ist, ansonsten war wieder alles perfekt. Liebe Grüße auch an das Immobilienteam

Sehr zufrieden!

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Finca. Die Lage ist etwas abseits was aber auch sein Vorteile hat. Der Service der Eigentümer war perfekt, etwas schade nur, dass man sich nicht richtig verständigen konnte. Evtl. sollte man die Matratzen im Haupt-Schlafzimmer erneuern, hatte des öfteren Rückenschmerzen im Lenden-Bereich, was entweder an meinem Alter liegt oder daran, dass die Matratze im mittleren Bereich schon etwas durchgelegen war :-) Jammern auf einem hohen Niveau, wir waren super erholt!!!

Totl enspannte Ferien

Die Finca entspricht genau den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Ein Korb mit Leckereien und Pfirsiche standen bereit. Das ganze Anwesen ist sehr sauber. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Die nächsten Orte sind nicht weit entfernt, so dass man sich mit Lebensmitteln eindecken kann (der Agromarkt in Sineu ist ganz toll). Restaurants gibt es auch jede Menge. Wir werden die Finca nächstes Jahr wieder buchen.

Fast Perfekt.

Kurz gesagt: Es war toll. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Catalina und Amando waren extrem nett und zuvorkommend - vom Willkommensgeschenk bis zur Müllentsorgung kümmern sich die beiden um alles. Auch wenn man sich "mit Händen und Füßen" unterhalten muss, wenn man kein Spanisch spricht :) Wir waren zu der Zeit da, wo es extrem heiß war, von daher wäre eine Klimatisierung im Haus von Vorteil gewesen, um nachts die Temperaturen zum Schlafen erträglicher zu machen, aber das soll die Qualität des Hauses nicht schmälern - wir waren rundum zufrieden! Gerne kommen wir wieder, vielen Dank an Immobilien Frank Küpper mit seinem Team und an die Hausbesitzer Catalina & Amando.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in herrlicher Finca mit sehr viel Charme

Wir haben zwei Wochen in der herrlichen Finca Almendra verbracht. Die Finca hat unsere Erwartungen zur absoluten Zufriedenheit erfüllt. Sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber , ein sehr gepflegtes Naturgrundstück sowie Grillbereich und der wunderbare Pool. Wir wurden von den Hauseigentümern sehr herzlich empfangen. Eine kurze Besichtigung des Hauses, Einweisung in die Geräte ( Fernseher, Herd, Spülmaschine etc. ) und dann ging der Urlaub los. Nach zwei Wochen blicken wir sehr glücklich zurück. Es war ein toller Urlaub. Alles hat gepasst. Wetter, Land, Leute einfach super. Wir können die Finca Almendra nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank. U. & G. , Hannover

Herrliche Finca

Wir waren mit 4 Personen in der Finca und es war wunderbar. Von der Eigentümerin wurden wir herzlichst Empfangen. Die Tage die wir dort verbracht haben, waren richtig erholsam. Wir waren vollauf zufrieden wir fahren wieder hin.

Wir waren jetzt mit unserer Familie (über Ostern) als wohl erste Gäste in 2017 ? auf dieser tollen Finca. Bilder und Vorbeurteilungen treffen weiterhin voll zu, Haus und Pool sehr sauber, freundliche Vermieter und wieder einmal völlig problemlose und engagierte Vermittlung durch Herrn Küpper und Team von "Immobilien-Sineu". Auch an die im April doch noch recht frischen Nächte hatten die Vermieter gedacht: Daunen-Oberbetten für alle !

Wunderschöne Finca mit zauberhaftem Flair

Diese Finca lässt keine Wünsche offen. Angefangen von der sehr herzlichen Begrüßung durch Catarina, die Vermieterin bis hin zu all den perfekten Kleinigkeiten, mit der sie unseren Aufenthalt zu einem tollen Erholungsurlaub gemacht hat. In diesem Haus wurde wirklich an alles gedacht - sogar frisches Obst, einen Willkommenskorb mit Süßem, selbst gekochter Marmelade etc., sowie Wasser und Wein findet man vor. Hinzu kommt, dass alles sehr sauber ist und man sich gleich wohl fühlt. Liebevolle Details in der Einrichtung (noch schöner als auf den Fotos zu erkennen), sorgen dafür, dass man länger bleiben möchte als man kann :-) Der Pool ist perfekt...wurde aber ja schon ausführlich in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt. Pizza bei Tomassini in Sineu ist zu empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und dann auch mit Spanischkenntnissen, so dass wir uns ausführlicher mit Catarina und ihrem Mann unterhalten können :-)
