Villa Griselda is an exceptional property, recently modernised to the highest standards. Each bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The first floor houses the master bedroom, complete with a king-sized bed, air conditioning, a walk-in wardrobe, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The master suite also has access to a shared terrace offering wonderful views.



Villa Griselda's exteriors are equally impressive, with lush gardens, grassy areas, and a 36 m² private pool surrounded by various lounging spots. The outdoor space includes a BBQ, outdoor shower, and a large dining area perfect for enjoying al fresco meals. There is ample parking for up to four cars within the villa's private, enclosed grounds.



Inside, the villa is designed with elegance and comfort in mind. The main living room opens to the pool area and is adjacent to the dining room, which accommodates up to ten guests. The fully equipped modern kitchen comes with all necessary appliances for a seamless stay. Additionally, a second living room on the upper level provides extra space for relaxation, complete with a sofa, coffee table, TV, and access to a balcony.



For entertainment, Villa Griselda offers a Sonos sound system, an iPod-connected sound system, satellite TV, and a smart TV, ensuring guests have plenty of options during their stay. While Villa Griselda is ideal for families, couples, and groups seeking relaxation or a romantic getaway, it is important to note that children under six years old are not permitted for safety reasons.



Additional Costs:

A damage deposit of €3,000 is required and will be charged 7 days before arrival. This deposit is refundable within 7 days after check-out, provided the property passes inspection.

Guests may be charged up to €100 for not disposing of rubbish upon departure.
