​Welcome to Can Azzurra, a relaxed, family home with a private pool, 5 minutes from the beach at Cala Vadella and the local bars and restaurants. The villa has three floors with newly renovated Ibiza style interiors, light and spacious outdoor areas for enjoying the Ibiza sunshine. Can Azzurra is 25 minutes from Ibiza Town and the Airport. Whether you're a family, a couple, or a group of friends, the villa is warm, generous, and ready to host you.

Can Azzurra is a family friendly Villa where we have spent many Summers as a family ourselves. It is also ideal for fun Summer holidays with friends for people who are not looking to party too hard.

The Spaces
Can Azzurra has 3 floors plus a roof terrace. The villa can sleep 6 adults and 2 children, there are three bedrooms plus a generous open- plan sleeping area in the lower ground floor with a connected children's sleep area.

The lower ground floor is also directly connected to the outside pool area with a fantastic swimming pool and shaded Ibiza- style garden areas with more outdoor eating/ lounging space. The master bedroom on the first floor has an ensuite bathroom and a private terrace overlooking the Sea View to the west and the pine forest opposite the villa to the north.

The property has on site private parking for one vehicle, secured by a private gate. Please note we keep our own vehicle parked on site all year round, (we have family needs too!) and we hope this does not cause any inconvenience. There is also plenty of free on street parking just outside the villa.

Distribution
Ground floor: This is the main living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a powder room, a separate utility room with washing/ drying facilities, and access to the balcony with outdoor dining. The balcony also gives access to the pool area at the lower ground floor level below.

Lower Ground floor: This is one large open- plan sleeping area with a king bed, ample space and storage, a separate working space and a full bathroom.

This space has a connected children's sleep area for parents who feel more comfortable being close to their children/ babies (the rooms are not separated by a wall/ door). A baby cot can be provided on request if required.

This floor also takes advantage of direct access to the outdoor pool area where the swimming pool and outdoor lounge/ dining areas and gardens can be accessed.

As we use Can Azzurra for our own family holidays, there are two spaces in the lower ground floor which are locked and used for our private storage needs. These spaces are not accessible.

First Floor: Here there are 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with 2 single beds that can be converted to one double). There are two full bathrooms, one is shared and the second is an ensuite to the master bedroom.

The master bedroom also has a private terrace benefitting from the Sea View to the west and the pine forest opposite the villa to the north.

Roof: The roof terrace can be enjoyed for sunbathing and late evening/ sunset cocktails. There are sun loungers, a table and chairs for making the most of the sunsets and the beautiful Sea View.

Guests have access to the whole property, only a private storage area in the lower ground floor is not accessible.
