Just back from a week's stay at Bart's villa in the San Jose hills. Lovely traditional building with kitchen, lounge, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The villa has everything you need for a perfect holiday and is fully equipped including a modern Smart TV. The icing on the cake for us was the swimming pool which we made use of every day, sometimes at 10pm.Unless you're planning to stay at the villa all of the time, I would say a car is essential to get about. The villa is fairly isolated, accessed from the road via a rough track. There are no footpaths on the roads below that would get you to the nearest village, San Josep, which is aboout 4km away.We loved our stay and we hope to return very soon.

Une semaine à Ibiza pour découvrir l'île

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable dans la maison de Bart. L'emplacement un peu isolé nous a convenu à merveille pour profiter de la tranquillité de l'endroit. Mais tout est très facilement accessible en voiture, les belles plages, les villes et villages. Tout s'est bien déroulé pour trouver la maison, les enfants ont encore profité de la piscine même si elle n'était plus très chaude et les chats et le chien de la maison nous ont rendu de fréquentes visites! Un endroit à recommander!

Great place, friendly and helpful hosts

We had a great stay in Bart and Caty’s beautiful little house. It was a good base to discover the island we also loved staying in the house and just take it easy by the pool some afternoons when the kids needed to rest. We appreciated the friendly and welcoming approach of Caty and Bart and are very pleased with our vacation, from kids to grown ups.

Peaceful Villa

A lovely, rustic villa in a quiet spot, with views of the area around. It was a relaxing holiday for all of us, a chance to unwind and have quality family time together. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and left us to enjoy our holiday in the property. Beaches were a short drive away, with some lovely restaurants overlooking the sea and sunset.

A lovely stay

The communication beforehand was very smooth. Bart sent us the address and we got there effortlessly with our rental car. Upon arrival there were lots of goodies waiting for us. We had a great time here. It was a quiet place yet very easily accessible. The house was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the owners are super friendly and helpful. The pool was also spotless. They gave us tips and if we had any questions we could always contact them. During our stay we were provided with fresh sheets and towels. Bart & Cati also own a super sweet dog (Ona). We had told them that we loved dogs and that she was always welcome, so then she visited us from time to time (which we loved).

Wonderful property and fantastic hosts !

This small villa was exactly what we were hoping for. Very clean, quiet and well equipped. The pool was a massive highlight - all to yourself with nice loungers and outdoor sofa to enjoy the space. Bart and Cati were very helpful and gave us perfect directions. They were there to meet us, and even our flight eventually arriving late at night was no problem. Definitely recommend staying here, short drive to some gorgeous quiet beaches !

Wonderful stay in Ibiza

Wonderful home in Ibiza in the hills. Tranquil & relaxing. The hosts were so welcoming and hospitable and gave us very helpful recommendations. The outside patio/terrace was our favorite part to enjoy morning coffee and evening meals. No A/C but cools at night with a nice breeze. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Villa

We are a family of four including two young children (3 & 7). The villa was absolutely perfect for our needs. The hosts are a charming family - they could not have been more welcoming & helpful. Snacks & wine on arrival, great suggestions of places to go, homemade cake made with lemons from the property! We have always stayed in the North of the island but loved this location - in the hills with sound of cicadas, close to San Josep & beaches. The whole property was spotless. The pool was fantastic and with the kids it was great to have a shady veranda in the heat of the day. Also a great spot to eat with lovely plants all around. All of the family absolutely loved our stay. Thank you Bart & Cati. We would love to come back again!

Fantastic property, wonderful hosts, highly recommend

From start to finish our stay was wonderful. With welcome supplies (Cava, orange juice, snacks!) and fresh linen magically appearing half way through the week, it was a very pleasant place to stay. Cati and her family were so welcoming and helped us with tips for places to visit and to eat out. There were some toys for our children to play with, and beach parasols to take on the many beach adventures we had. The house is spotless and well stocked with everything you would need for a great holiday. There is a tree brimming with Nispero, an apricot like fruit, on the property that we were invited to help ourselves to, that we just loved topping our breakfast with. Fab beaches between 6 and 10 minutes drive away. The town of Sant Josep just minutes away with a well stocked supermarket and little cafes and bars. Cati's daughter told us of a local festival that was happening the evening we arrived and it was super - traditional music and costume and horses parading though the town. We really had a great time. We will be back.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.La maison est très fonctionnelle pour 4 personnes (nous étions 3), bien équipée, bonne literie et la piscine est vraiment un plus. Le Wifi est de bonne qualité.Idéalement située, près de nombreuses belles plages, à moins de 10 mn en voiture.Environ à 20-30 mn d'Ibiza selon la circulation.Bart est un excellent hôte, très sympathique. Il nous a donné des conseils, et de bonnes adresses. Il vient nettoyer la terrasse des feuilles volantes. Le linge de maison est également changé à la fin de la semaine.Il y a aussi 6 chats et un chien qui viennent vous rendre régulièrement visite. Cela met un de l'animation.C'est vraiment une adresse à conseiller pour visiter l'île d'Ibiza.Nos vacances sont passées très vite !

Un séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Ibiza , fin mai. Très contents de notre logement, vraiment c’est un très bel endroit, entouré de verdure , fleuri et sans vis à vis. La vue sur la montagne est très belle, et la proximité des plages pratique. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil de Barth, la propreté des lieux, des draps & serviettes, le confort de la literie. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Merci

Das Haus liegt im Wald aber die umliegenden Orte und Strände sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist Top. Es ist wirkich alles vorhanden. Unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können Die Unterkunft nur empfehlen

Lovely house at a very central location

We had a wonderful time at the house. It's very centrally located at a 10 minutes drive from the beach (Cala Vadella) and appr. 25 minutes from Ibiza city. It's a 50 meter away from a busy road from which you sometimes hear the traffic if you are sitting outside (didn't bother us though). Owners live just behind the house. We didn't know that prior to arrival, but it was ok and you don't have the feeling you are watched at all. The house is very clean. A bit dark (especially outside of the high season when weather could be a bit less sunny) inside of the house, but well equipped to our desires. Our daughter made friends quite quickly with the dog and cats. All and all we would definately stay here again.

Perfect Holiday

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, alle schönen Strände und Städte sind gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht! Alles wunderschön, in jeder Hinsicht zu empfehlen.
