Its outdoor area offers a large 500m2 terrace with covered BBQ facility, as well as 50m2 equipped outdoor kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and a gas cooker.

Small round swimming-pool (7m diameter), chill-out pergola, gardens and a beautiful stone pond, as well as a fantastic infinity pool that enjoys a wonderful valley view, all equipped with sunbeds and outdoor furniture in order to better living the outdoor area on the warmest days.

As you enter Villa Baikal, you will soon be welcomed by its typical living room with stone walls and wooden ceilings, a perfect contrast between tradition and modernity, a lovely wood stove, will make the ambience even more warm and welcoming.

The bedrooms are large and comfortable: wooden ceilings and touches throughout the whole property, top quality services and amenities will make this wonderful estate unique in its style and location.

The main house offers:

Fully equipped kitchen, dining room with table for 10 guests. Living room with sofa, TV Led 42" HD, Astra SAT TV, DVD mp3 player, Pioneer Home Cinema HDMI 5.1, IPhone adapters.
Internet connection ADSL WiFi.
A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, etc is also included.
The main bedroom with king size bed and bathroom with shower en-suite is also located in this area, as well as a small bathroom to be used for the main house guests as well as the guests of the external first level bedroom.

1 Double bedroom with two single beds and bathroom en-suite has a separate access from the main door porch, as well as 1 additional bedroom with 2 single beds. This bedroom is smaller and the bathroom is located inside the main house. This bedroom does not have air conditioning and TV, and it is located on the first floor.

Totally separated of the main house, the annex with 2 bedrooms with one king size bed in each room and the bathroom with shower in suite in each room. TV and Air conditioning.

Villa Baikal offers also covered parking for 3 cars and opened space parking for 15 cars are also included
4 mountain bikes.

Property of 10 hectares and totally private with automatic gate.

Rental rules:
Minimum stay: 4 nights; 7 nights in July and August.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Reservations fee € 30 per booking.

Extra cost to be paid on site:
A security deposit of 3000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
Late check-in (after 20:00): € 100 (subject to arrangement).
Final cleaning: €300 to pay upon arrival

Included in price: Electricity, gas, water, garden maintenance and swimming pool. One cleaning and change of bedlinen and towels for stay of minimum 2 weeks.

Extras with charges: extra bed € 20 per day, cot € 10 per day, highchair € 5,00 per booking.
