Villa Waterfall, recently renovated, has a beautiful sea view on Cala Moli and the Island of S’Espartar, ideal for a family holiday.
Immersed in the mediterranean nature, pines tree and privacy the Villa has a huge waterfall inside a fenced plot of 1700m2.
The house offers severals terraces and dining areas, with babrebcue, table and chairs and a private pool 9x5mt where to admire the panoramic sea view and the greats Ibizas sunsets.

From the pool a direct access to the modern living room with TV, fireplace and dining area for 14 guests, on the same floor we find the fully equipped kitchen and 5 bedrooms: one with en-suite bathroom has a double bed and direct access to the terrace, the others four has two twin beds and shared bathroom.
On the first floor a panoramic terrace with a beautiful sea view two sleeping rooms with en-suite bathroom and private terrace; one has a double bed and the other two single beds.

Complete the property an utility room and the car parking.

Rental rules
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
No safety fence around the pool
Pool has no swimming guard
Pets allowed (after acceptance of the owner)
Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
