A charming 130m² country house set on a 13,000m² plot. This Ibizan-style property features minimalist architecture, keeping the space cool thanks to its spacious terraces and allowing the house to blend seamlessly with the surrounding natural landscape.
The house features an Ibizan-style porch where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner with views of the woodland and the swimming pool, and you can also see the sea in the distance.
The house has a spacious barbecue area, surrounded by a pine forest, so the tranquillity and privacy make the house a special place to relax; it enjoys a privileged location, due to its proximity to the most beautiful beaches in the south-west of the island, Cala Tarida or Cala Conta beach, which boasts the most beautiful sunsets on the island. The nearest village is San José, where you can find almost everything: supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, cafés, fishmongers, butchers, bakeries, a gym and a wide variety of bars and restaurants. The nearest restaurant, S’Espartar, is just a 3-minute walk from the house and is one of the most traditional Mediterranean restaurants in the municipality of San José.
The house sleeps 6 people and has 3 double bedrooms: one with a 1.50m-wide double bed, one with two 1.10m-wide single beds, and a third with 90cm-wide beds. It has two spacious en-suite bathrooms, one of which has a bath, and an external toilet near the barbecue area.
