Modern villa of recent construction located in Cala Vadella in the South-West part of the island. This minimalist house is distributed on several levels, with ample spaces, very bright and views of the sea and the mountains. The house is located in a quiet area but not isolated, has exclusive access to a rocky cove from the villa, and is a short distance away from the beach of Cala Vadella. The villa is completely fenced, all rooms they have sea views.
